What our employees say
“I like that the company has got bigger in the time I have been here, but hasn’t lost its ‘family culture’. I feel that everyone at aae plays their part to make the company as good as it can be, and hopefully more.”
Robert Gooch, Materials Controller
“I love working at aae for many reasons. On a personal level, I feel completely supported by all my colleagues. From a professional point of view, I feel a great sense of job satisfaction at how quickly and effectively we can get orders out the door for our customers. I am proud to be part of the team.”
Ashleigh Mingay, Administration Assistant
“I started out as a teenager over 25 years ago and was immediately welcomed and accepted throughout the company. It has been an honour to spend over half my life with applied acoustics. I’m still enjoying the everyday challenges and variety that the job brings, and hope to continue doing so in the distant future.”
Jamie Pollard (JP), Senior Technician
“Working at aae enables me to have ownership of the full software development life cycle, from system requirements right through to deployment and ongoing maintenance. I am given the autonomy to do what is needed in my role, but work within a dedicated team where collaboration is vital. I know everyone that I work alongside in the wider business, which makes our infamous Christmas dos and summer BBQs all the more enjoyable!”
