With a long career in technical sales, marketing and management, Gavin joined applied acoustics as sales manager in 2004. Committed to delivering the best possible customer service, he has overseen the company’s international growth alongside Adam, culminating in two Queen’s Awards for exporting achievement.
Outside of business, Gavin has spent much of his life chasing a rugby ball around a field and has been lucky enough to have played the sport on five continents. As the ultimate team sport, he has always found that many of its aspects such as teamwork, discipline, decision-making, adaptability and accountability are absolutely crucial in the business environment. An aversion to pain and a post-match pint or two don’t go amiss either.
